配送资费

我们为欧洲大部分地区提供满EUR€59包邮到家。
对于部分地区,我们依据产品重量进行收费。
罗马利亚和保加利亚另收15%的增值税。

核实配送

请在确认订单时务必核实您的订单资料—名字,收货地址(邮编,城市,国家),账单地址、电话号码等信息。如果您的订单信息有误,将耽误您的订单进度;希望您及时与华人易购网欧洲客服联系。

订单处理

华人易购网欧洲(edog-eu.com)发货的订单派送工作日为周一 至周日(节假日除外,少部分地区由于配送商运营原因周日或无法配送)。我们需要2到3个工作日处理并发送您的订单,在订单高峰期,我们可能需要额外的2-3个工作日处理您的订单。

本站将会通过第三方物流把产品送到您所指定的送货地址。所有在本站上列出的送货时间均为参考时间,参考时间的计算是根据库存状况、正常的处理过程和送货时间、送货地点的基础上估算得出的。

请准确地填写您的真实姓名、送货地址及联系方式。

因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等,本站将无法承担迟延配送的责任:

 1,如果您订单的产品缺货时,可能会延误您的订单发送。
 2,客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址。
 3,货物送达无人签收,由此造成的重复配送。
 4,不可抗力,例如:自然灾害、交通戒严、突发战争等。
 5,送货地点在配送区域以外。

缺货处理

如果您的订单中有产品缺货,华人易购网欧洲可能会暂时取消您的订单,客服人员将发送提示邮件提醒您。

常见问题


问:物流发出后,为什么很久轨迹都不更新?
答:1)部分包裹只有到达目的地或者物流公司提取后才会有上网记录更新,过程中无任何物流更新;
2)法定节假日,国际物流不上班,物流不更新;
3)部分包裹寄送的线路需要航班排仓,在正常时效内请不要担心;
4)到达当地后,有些站点还未来得及及时接收,也不会有物流更新;

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders of €69 or more to most European countries.

For some areas, we charge according to the weight of the product.

Applicable 15% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Romania and Bulgaria.

 

Verify

Please check your order information - name, address (zip code, city, country), bill address, phone number, etc. when confirming the order. If your order information is incorrect, you will delay your order progress; Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

 

Order processing

Orders shipped by Edog-eu are delivered from Monday to Friday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 2-3 business days to process your order.

Edog-eu will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately.

Due to the following circumstances, Edog-eu is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders:

- If one or more items in your order are out of stock.

- The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.

- No one is available to sign up on the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.

- Force majeure such as: natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes etc.

Common problems

Q: After the logistics is issued, why is it not updated for a long time?

Answer: 1) Some package will only be updated after the destination or logistics company is extracted, there is no logistics update during the process;

2) Legal holidays, international logistics does not go to work, logistics does not update;

3) Partial parcel delivery is required for flight launches, please don't worry within normal time;

4) After arriving in the local area, some sites are still receiving in time, nor will there be logistics updates;
